Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.
How to request a refund
Contact us at contactus@swryxellshon.world with your order details. We will provide return instructions. Products must be returned in original condition.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method.
Exceptions
Products that have been opened or used may not be eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to assess each case individually.
